I create clear and concise documentation for various healthcare projects, using Microsoft Word, HTML, CSS, and Adobe Acrobat. I also analyze data and create reports in PowerBI, Excel, and Tableau, using SQL and other analytical tools. I take complicated information and make it simple, while ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance.

I am currently pursuing my Master of Science in Healthcare Analytics at the University of South Florida, where I have also earned a Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Analytics and a Bachelor's degree in Professional Writing, Rhetoric and Technology. I have a passion for healthcare and technology, and I aspire to use my skills and knowledge to improve health outcomes and patient experiences. I am a veteran and a former Program Manager for Clinical Training at the US Air Force Reserve, where I gained valuable leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
